Day Delegate Rates
Our day delegate packages at The BCEC include meeting room hire, the use of flip charts, individual delegate stationery, unlimited access to the refreshment stations for coffees, teas and all-day snacks and a hearty lunch. The lunch options typically comprise of a two course hot working buffet followed by a range of desserts. Our rolling five day selection of internationally themed hot and cold food options come with a range of artisan breads and Sushi.

The BCEC is conveniently connected via a covered glass walkway to the Holiday Inn Birmingham City Centre. We also work alongside a number of full service hotels across the city which allows our delegates the choice of up to 2,000 rooms within a mile radius. With so much to see and do in Birmingham’s rejuvenated city centre, an extended stay is a must! From shopping in the famous Bullring to taking in the city’s historic architectural sights and visitor attractions on foot, there is something for everyone in England’s ‘second’ city.
